Bismaleimide / ABRON (BR 729) is a bismalimide based curator for epoxy resins to improve the thermal
stability of the resultant cured resin. ABRON BR729 can be either
dissloved in an solvent or added directly to the epoxy resin. No other
catalyst is required to cure the epoxy resin. An addition of 20 wt % of
ABRON BR729 in epoxy resin ( grade GY252 ) would give a increased Tg of
2300C and an addition of 30 wt % would give a Tg of 2400C.
