Quality Assurance
ABR
Organics is a quality conscious concern. Our Quality Assurance and
Analysis department is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment for
analysis and has employed a highly dedicated and qualified team. Quality assurance starts
right from the raw material sourcing, through in-process checks
during production to the final products manufactured. The analysis is
carried out both by wet and instrumental analysis. The calibration of
the instruments used for analysis is done at regular intervals. Our
QAA department plays a very important role in assisting
the research team during their R&D. They develop methods for testing
various chemicals involved in the synthesis work.
Some of the
major equipment installed in our unit are Gel Permeation Chromatograph, High
Pressure Liquid Chromatograph, Gas Chromatograph, Fourier Transform
Infrared Spectrophotometer, Differential Scanning Calorimeter,
Brookfield Viscometer, Analytical Balances, Abbe's Refractometers, Karl
Fischer Auto Titrator, etc.
R & D
ABR
Research Laboratories is an important organization of ABR Organics
Limited, headed by experienced research scientists. The objectives of
this group range from providing technical support for
day-to-day applications and production of ABRON products to
synthesizing the new products. It also evaluates them for different applications,
along with development and scaling of new reactive additives for enhancing the
performance of ABRON products. ABR Research Laboratory has the
recognition by Department of Science & Industrial Research
Laboratory (DSIR), Government of India, based on its innovations.
